Meta / Facebook User Data Deletion Policy

In accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Developer Policies, GDPR, and privacy protection laws, KR Tech provides this dedicated User Data Deletion page to explain how users can request the deletion of data associated with our Facebook App integrations or web services.
If you used Facebook Login or interacted with any KR Tech Facebook Application and wish to delete your account, personal data, or app permissions, please follow the simple instructions outlined below.
2. Method 1: Delete Data Via Facebook App Settings
You can initiate an automated user data deletion request directly inside your Facebook account settings by taking the following steps:
Log in to your Facebook account on web or mobile, go to Settings & Privacy, and then select Settings.
In the left-hand navigation panel (or under Security & Privacy on mobile), click on Apps and Websites to view all active integrations.
Search for KR Tech (or our associated app name) in the list, then click Remove or View & Edit.
Check the option to delete all activity data and click Remove / Send Request. Facebook will automatically trigger a data deletion request to KR Tech and generate a unique tracking code for your request.
3. Method 2: Manual Request to KR Tech Support
If you prefer to submit a manual deletion request or have difficulty accessing Facebook settings, you can contact our technical support team directly:
- Email Request: Send an email to krtechhelp@gmail.com or help@krtech.in with the subject line
"User Data Deletion Request - Facebook App". - Information Required: Please specify your Full Name, Facebook Profile ID/URL, or the Email Address connected to your Facebook account.
- Processing SLA: Our team will process your data deletion within 30 calendar days of receiving your request.
- Confirmation: Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Deletion Reference ID.
4. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request, KR Tech will permanently delete or anonymize the following data from our servers and databases:
- Facebook User ID & Access Tokens
- User Profile Details (Name, Email, Profile Image URL)
- Application Activity Logs & Preferences
- Saved User Subscriptions & Linked Identifiers
5. Data Retention Exceptions
Certain non-personal transaction records or tax invoices mandated by Indian statutory regulations (e.g. GST billing records) may be retained securely for required legal audit periods, after which they are permanently destroyed.
6. Checking Your Deletion Request Status
If you initiated data deletion via Facebook App settings or received a Deletion Confirmation Code from us, you can inquire about your deletion status anytime by emailing help@krtech.in with your Confirmation Code.
